  • UK programme: developed and operated by a consortium of British scientific institutes and industries sponsored by BNSC.
  • The platform is actively stabilised over 3 axes.
  • The design life time is 1 year.
  • The satellite exploits a sunsynchronous orbit around 10:30.

Data circulation
  • Onboard stored and real-time data downlinked to the ground segment facilities run by the QinetiQ Company, in centres at West Freugh, Scotland, and at the Bradford University.
